I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Victoria Brown Jewellery, so here's some information to help you know what to expect when you order.

Your jewellery

Your piece of handmade jewellery will be sent to you inside a Victoria Brown giftbox or pouch. If it’s for a special present and you’d also like us to giftwrap it for you, we can do this free of charge, just let us know when you checkout by dropping us a line here.

Each piece of our jewellery is Sterling Silver, and this is guaranteed by the hallmark you can find on each piece of our jewellery from the historic Birmingham Assay Office. To find out more about hallmarking you can click here

It will take 3-4 weeks for rings to be made and hallmarked, so please make sure you order in plenty of time, if you’re ordering for a special occasion. This is because rings need to be made to your size and then be sent off for hallmarking, before they can be sent out to you.

All other items should be dispatched to you within 3 days of you placing your order, unless we’ve ran out of stock. If this happens, you’ll be contacted immediately to give you the choice of whether you’re happy to wait a bit longer for new stock, or would prefer a refund.



The cost of delivery will vary, depending on where it's going:

  • Delivery to the UK – Free
  • Delivery to rest of the World - £5

Each parcel will be sent out by Royal Mail signed for second-class mail.



We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of you receiving them (unless they are earrings, which we can’t accept back for hygiene reasons). All you need to do is secure the jewellery in its box and wrap it securely, with a note explaining who you are, why you’re returning it and whether you’d like a refund or exchange. The jewellery needs to be in a good condition when it arrives back to us for us to be able to offer you an exchange or refund. We are unable to offer exchanges or refund on items that are custom made for you.

Remember, the jewellery you return is your responsibility until it is returned back to us, so please do make sure it really is wrapped up securely. If it’s damaged on its return to us we may not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.

If you’ve bought the item as a Christmas present then we’re happy to exchange or refund items until 31 January the following year (unless they are earrings, or a bespoke commission).

We do everything we can to try to make sure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition, but if you do need to return a damaged or faulty product please post it back to us within 14 days, with an explanation of what’s happened, and we’ll look to replace the item for you as soon as we can.

Please note, that although we’ll process your refund straight away, it may take a few days before the funds appear back in your account.
